Миролюбна громадськість засудила американо-ізраїльську війну проти Ірану. Приблизно так само вона у XX столітті всіляко викривала Захід у мілітаризації, виступаючи за мир у всьому світі та бути впевненою у миролюбності СРСР.
Але Іран аятол — це не СРСР. І нинішня війна — це, по суті, війна з апокаліптичною сектою (як сказав би Гумільов-мол., химерою), що захопила плацдарм (Іран) для знищення людства задля власного порятунку.
Війна за повернення Ірану до хиткої, але зрозумілої цивілізаційної норми (засоби обговорюються, але це вторичне). Не проти ісламу, який зовсім не дорівнює навіть ісламізму, а тим паче напруженій апокаліптиці у версії аятол.
Колись Ленін збирався кинути історичну Росію в топку світової революції, і це йому в принципі вдалося. «Остатки сладки», а та Росія догоріла.
Але Росія прогоріла дарма. Проєкт накрився. Аятоли взялися за справу серйозніше. Це апокаліптики, за тотальний джихад, причому з культом жертовної смерті і, нарешті, з можливістю, яка вже майже є в наявності, спопелити невірних у ядерному пеклі.
На Близькому Сході (якраз між Росією та Іраном) майже завжди вирував апокаліптичний прибій. Але у колишніх нігілістичних апокаліптичних сект не було таких засобів і часто не було такого радикалізму у світовідторгненні (у тих же більшовиків, наприклад). ЯЗ (ядерна зброя) в СРСР з’явилася, коли апокаліптика там зійшла нанівець за підсумками Другої світової війни.
Тепер до глобальної смерті, як сказав поет, залишалося 3–4 кроки, але американо-ізраїльські ретрогради, антипрогресисти плутаються під ногами, заважаючи яснооким аятолам довести до кінця проєкт ліквідації всього того, що вони вважають злом, і особистого порятунку. Причому особиста загибель у процесі не лякає, а передбачається: мучеництво Алі Хаменеї веде його прямою наводкою до раю.
Вони мріють про жертовну загибель, що гарантує потрапляння до шиїтського раю, і іконографія Хаменеї це вже відобразила. Ну, якщо для такої радості потрібно знести з лиця землі Ізраїль і весь Захід, то це тільки в плюс.
Peace-loving public has condemned the American-Israeli war against Iran. In much the same way, during the 20th century, this public constantly accused the West of militarization while advocating for world peace and remaining convinced of the Soviet Union's peaceful nature.
But the Iran of the Ayatollahs is not the USSR. And the current war is, in essence, a war against an apocalyptic sect (or a "chimera," as Gumilyov Jr. would put it) that has seized a bridgehead (Iran) for the destruction of humanity for the sake of its own salvation.
It is a war to return Iran to a shaky but understandable civilizational norm (the means are being discussed, but they are secondary). It is not a war against Islam, which is by no means equivalent to Islamism, let alone the intense apocalypticism of the Ayatollahs' version.
Once, Lenin intended to throw historical Russia into the furnace of the world revolution, and in principle, he succeeded. The "remnants are sweet," but that Russia burned to the ground.
However, Russia burned in vain. The project collapsed. The Ayatollahs have taken up the cause more seriously. These are apocalyptists who favor total jihad, complete with a cult of sacrificial death and, finally, the capability—which is almost already in hand—to incinerate the infidels in a nuclear hell.
In the Middle East (situated right between Russia and Iran), an apocalyptic tide has almost always surged. But previous nihilistic apocalyptic sects lacked such means and often lacked such radicalism in their rejection of the world (compared to the Bolsheviks, for example). Nuclear weapons appeared in the USSR only when its apocalypticism had faded following World War II.
Now, as the poet said, global death was only 3–4 steps away, but the American-Israeli retrogrades and "anti-progressives" are getting in the way, preventing the clear-eyed Ayatollahs from completing their project of liquidating everything they consider evil and achieving personal salvation. Moreover, personal death in the process does not frighten them; it is expected: Ali Khamenei's martyrdom leads him directly to paradise.
They dream of a sacrificial death that guarantees entry into the Shiite paradise, and Khamenei’s iconography already reflects this. Well, if such joy requires wiping Israel and the entire West off the face of the earth, then that is only seen as a plus.
